Palm Wax is a natural, renewable wax derived from the fruit of the oil palm tree, primarily found in tropical regions. Known for its unique crystalline structure, palm wax has a beautiful, natural appearance and is often used in candle making for its excellent scent throw and clean burn.
Preparation: Before lighting the candle, place it on a coaster to catch any wax that may drip. This will help protect surfaces from damage.
Safety Check: Ensure that there are no flowers or other flammable items nearby to prevent any fire hazards.
Placement: Avoid lighting candles in drafty areas or near vents, as this can cause uneven burning and increased soot production.
Child and Pet Safety: Keep candles out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.
Extinguishing: Remember to always extinguish the candle when leaving the room. Use a candle snuffer for a safer and cleaner extinguishing method.

VERKOI is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of VERKOI until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. However, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. VERKOI can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays, therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
VERKOI’s main priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.
