Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly request a valid residential address. VERKOI does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds for items shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.
Once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email, and your order will arrive based on the estimated timeline below.

VERKOI only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
If your VERKOI package arrives incomplete or damaged, please save the shipping box, VERKOI products, and their outer packaging. Email customerservice@verkoi.com within 14 business days with photos of the damage for assistance.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival. We advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they cannot provide a solution, please contact customerservice@verkoi.com once the claim is filed for further assistance.
