Can I return my product(s)?

Sometimes things don’t turn out as planned. If your item isn’t exactly what you were hoping for, don’t worry—you have up to 14 days after receipt to return it.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of being used.
  • All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags.
  • All items purchased as part of a set, or a part of a promotional offer must all be returned according to the promotional terms & conditions.  See “Can i return items purchased in promotional bundle offer or set?”


    The below items are non-returnable:
  • Personalized, adjusted to fit, customized, engraved products and made to order
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Products purchased from a different country      

VERKOI prioritizes customer satisfaction. You may return your online order within 14 days of receiving it (excluding gift cards).

Processing a return takes approximately 14 business days. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued. The refund may appear in your account within 10 business days. You can track the status of your return shipment using the tracking link provided by the carrier.

To receive a refund, the item must be returned with proof of purchase from verkoi.com within 14 days of delivery/receipt. The store will issue a return confirmation, and funds will be refunded within 10 business days.

It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products.

Unwanted items must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
